This will provide an overview of the on-line meet entry process.

Each page of the on-line meet entry process is intended to gather specific information.

Getting started

General notes :

From the Main Menu select Register team and register you team, providing the contact information requested by the organization hosting the meet you want to enter. Then select Submit meet entry for and pick your team from the drop-down list of Registered Teams .

NEXT page
Your PIN will be requested so that you can feel comfortable that you or those authorized by you are the only ones making or changing your team's meet entry.

NEXT page
Select the meet you want to enter. A drop-down list of all meets hosted by this organization is presented.

NEXT page
Select how you want to enter your athletes; your choices are by athlete and by event ; by athlete is the default and most common choice. The by athlete choice will present each athlete one-at-a-time and you will be asked to select the events you want this athlete to enter and a seed mark for each event entered. The by event choice will present each event one-at-a-time and you will be asked to select the athletes you want to enter and a seed mark for each athlete entered.

NEXT page
A roster form will appear and you will be permitted to add athletes to your roster. You can also create or change your roster from the Main Menu option, Create or change team roster for. This page lets you make last minute additions easily.

NEXT page
Your entire team roster will be presented for confirmation. You can also make changes to athletes already on your roster at this time.

NEXT page (by athlete entry)
Your entire team roster will be presented and you can select the athletes you want to enter. Buttons to make the selection of all male or all female athletes easy are provided.

NEXT page (by event entry)
All of the events offered by this competition are presented and you can select the events you want to enter. Buttons to make the selection of all male or all female events easy are provided.

NEXT page (by athlete entry)
Each athlete you selected on the roster selection page is presented one-at-a time. The events that he/she is eligible to enter are presented. You select the events you want this athlete to enter and provide a seed mark. Qualifying entry marks are specified when provided as a requirement for entry. NM is the code for No Mark. Empirical (feet & inches) to metric conversions are provided for field events when metric marks are required for entry. The button will let you stop the entry process and submit the athlete entries that you have completed. You can come back later and submit the remainder of your athletes.

NEXT page (by event entry)
Each event you selected on the event selection page is presented one-at-a time. The athletes eligible for this event are presented. You select the athletes you want this event to enter and provide a seed mark. Qualifying entry marks are specified when provided as a requirement for entry. NM is the code for No Mark. NEXT page (after all athlete/event entries have been completed or after pressing the Finish button)
A listing, by athlete or by event, of the entries that you have completed is presented for you to confirm. You can select athletes/events that you want to change or correct and press the button or you can confirm that these entries are correct by pressing the button.

NEXT page
A confirmation page will be presented, listing the entry you have just completed. If applicable, all fees due and where to send fees will be noted at the top of this page. If this is not your first entry for this meet, a summary of the changes you have made in this session will appear at the bottom of this page. A similar page should arrive by e-mail within 48-hours.
